An Acknowledgement / Proof of Acknowledgement is a certification that a signer personally appeared before the notary, was identified by the notary, and formerly declared to the notary that the signer willingly signed the document for its intended purpose.

Jurat – including oath or affirmation $10.00 for each additional Notary Seal
A Jurat is a certification that a signer personally appeared before the notary with an unsigned document, was identified by the notary, was put under sworn oath or affirmation to attest the statements in the document were true, then signed the document is the presence of the notary.

Certified Copy of Non-Recordable Document – per certificate $10.00 plus $45 Mobile Convenience Fee ($10.00 for each additional Notary Seal.)
A Certified Copy of a Non-Recordable Document is a certification that a document was presented to the notary by the document’s custodian, was photocopied by the notary, and is a true, exact, complete and unaltered copy. The document is neither a public record nor a publicly recordable document.

All Other Notarial Acts – not otherwise provided for $10.00 plus $45 Mobile Convenience Fee ($10.00 for each additional Notary Seal.).
Performing any other notarial act or completing a certificate and seal not otherwise provided for under Texas Government Code § 406.024.

Form I-9: Verification Service – Starting at $55.00

The I-9 Form (also known as the Employment Eligibility Verification form) is used by employers to verify employees’ identity and eligibility to work in the U.S. This must be done for all employees, whether they are a citizen or non-citizen, hired after November 6, 1986 in the United States.

In the current global workforce, hiring employees remotely is a growing trend. And the federal government is auditing more businesses to make sure they are complying with the requirements to complete I-9 forms for every employee.

Consequently, many employers hire Mobile Notaries to complete Section 2 of the I-9 form on their behalf, working as an Authorized Representative for the I-9.

Estate Planning Packets – starting at $125 – Includes standard 60 minutes of service. Additional minutes are charged at $1/minute.

Document Printing per page $2 (Black and White Documents Only)

$2.00 per page printed. Single page is one page, double sided page printed counts as two pages. If the printer prints even a period in a new page, you will be charged for a printed page.
